 ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Hanis Jasmin (Leader) - Responsible for the growth, stability, direction and daily operation of the business. Other responsibilities include adjusting sales activities or expenses to better meet budgets. Further, purchasing raw materials, promoting and taking orders of customers, also making the orders of customers.

  • Syarifah Nur Iman Nadhira (Member) - Responsible for promoting product, attracting people and taking orders of customers. Further, answering any queries and getting feedback to improve our product. Also, providing marketing strategies.

  • Syaza Syazwina (Member) - Responsible for promoting product, attracting people and taking orders of customers. Furthermore, answering any queries and getting feedback to improve our product. Also, keeping track of every order into the accounts.

  • Nur Arina Nabilah (Member) - Responsible for promoting, attracting new customers and taking orders of customers. Answering any queries and getting feedback to improve our product. Also, keeping track of every order. 

  • Nur Ayu Aqillah (Member) - Responsible for promoting product, attracting people and taking orders of customers. Answering any queries and getting feedback to improve our product. Further, keeping track of every order.


ADVANTAGE AND DISADVANTAGE OF HETEROGENEOUS TEAM

  • Advantage 
Better innovation and more ideas can be shared because of different characteristics of each individuals. This will further broaden knowledge of the teams, through cooperation and collaboration. Most teams require a cross-functional mix of skills and experiences to create something compelling. This create higher chances to become successful. 

  • Disadvantage 
Hard to cooperate and agree on certain things, a more conflict situation as you need your team to support each other and make a decision. More difficult to communicate together with each teams, resulting to no team support and team effectiveness. If the teams are unable to cope with this situation, they will face hard challenges to be workable, in order to become successful teams.
